Why we built it
MFIs and SACCOs grow through people: loan officers walking markets, members vouching for neighbours, delegates mobilising at meetings. Most of that work still lives in notebooks and spreadsheets, so interest is lost, follow-ups are missed, and nobody can say which efforts actually produced new members.
At the same time, regulators are rightly cracking down on unsolicited marketing. Bulk SMS to bought lists is no longer an option. Institutions need a way to grow that is both effective and compliant.
