Terms of service
The agreement between mfileads and the institutions that use it: trials, plans, responsibilities, data and fees.

These terms apply to institutions (“you”) that create an mfileads workspace. By creating a workspace you confirm you are authorised to accept them on behalf of your institution.
The service
mfileads provides lead management software: lead capture, scoring, messaging tools, pipeline management and reporting. Features marked “planned” on our website are not part of the service until they are released.
Trials and plans
Accounts must confirm their e-mail address before a workspace can be used. New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is activated. Plan limits (leads per month, team members) are shown on our pricing page.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis for every lead you store, and for obtaining consent before sending marketing messages.
- You must not upload bought, scraped or otherwise unlawfully obtained personal data.
- You must not use mfileads to send spam, harass people, or for unlawful debt collection.
- You are responsible for your users’ access and for keeping passwords secret.
Your data
Your data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the data processing agreement. You can export it at any time and delete your workspace at any time.
Fees
Fees are payable monthly or annually in advance, online through Paystack or by invoice for Enterprise plans. Subscriptions do not renew automatically: when a paid period ends, the workspace stays usable for 3 more days and then becomes read-only until the next payment. SMS costs are charged by your SMS provider. Fees are exclusive of taxes.
Availability and liability
We work to keep mfileads available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend workspaces that breach these terms, after notice where reasonable.
