Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on Starter or Growth, with no credit card. At the end of the trial your workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan, so nothing is lost.
What counts as a lead?
Every new prospect added to your workspace in a calendar month — by hand, through your capture form or by import — counts towards your plan’s monthly limit. Existing leads, updates and messages do not.
Is SMS included?
SMS is billed by your SMS provider (Africa’s Talking or Twilio) at their rates, directly to your account. WhatsApp one-tap messaging is free to use.
How do we pay?
Online through Paystack — card, mobile money or bank — for monthly and yearly plans, straight from your workspace settings. Enterprise plans can also pay by invoice. mfileads never sees your card details.
Can we change plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades from the next billing month.
Do you offer discounts for small SACCOs or NGOs?
Yearly billing gives you two months free. For community-based SACCOs and NGO programmes with special needs, talk to us.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can export everything as CSV before you leave. After cancellation we delete your workspace data within 30 days, or immediately if you delete the workspace yourself.
